OWNERSHIP

NQCEC are committed to achieving and maintaining a minimum 50% Indigenous ownership within a commercial and practical framework, as set out in our Corporate and Ownership Principles (COP). Our COP also references our embrace of best practice corporate governance.

Our current ownership structure comprises Bruce Martin, a Wik Ngathan man from the Local community, and related Martin family interests, and the family interests of David Mackenzie and Clayton Sargood, who are active capacity partners with long experience and successful track records in remote Queensland civil outcomes delivery.

Messrs Martin, Mackenzie and Sargood make up our Board, which operates in an executive capacity as required.

We are committed to best practice governance principles including transparency.
